Rajaneesh Shah

Rajaneesh completed Bachelor of Laws from Victoria University and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law. He is admitted to both the High Court of Australia and the Supreme Court of Victoria.

Rajaneesh has over a decade of experience in Australian immigration law. He handles all types of visa applications but particularly focuses more on skilled visa, employer sponsored visa, DAMA, working visa, training visa, student visa, tourist visa, partner visa, child visa and parent visa. In addition, he also manages complex matters like character issue, health waiver, adverse information and natural justice.

Rajaneesh is passionate about immigration law. He conducts extensive legal research in immigration law to better serve the clients. He is known for his empathetic approach towards clients when solving legal problems. And further, he consistently strives to act in the best interests of his clients.

Rajaneesh is fluent in English, Nepali and Hindi.

Rajaneesh enjoys leisurely walks on the beach in his free time. And he is happily married with three children.
