Rabina Shakya is the heart and soul of our team. She is the first point of contact for clients as well as person in charge of accounts. She is passionate about helping people and goes above and beyond to assist clients in need. She creates good rapport with clients so that all clients have excellent customer service experience and journey. Rabina holds Master of Business Studies degree from Tribhuvan University, Nepal. Prior to joining our team at Ghothane Lawyers, she already had more than 5 years’ experience in customer service management. She is a problem solver and always has positive outlook on work and life.

Rabina speaks fluent Nepali, Newari (Nepal Bhasa) and Hindi besides English.

In her free time, Rabina enjoys spending time with her family and friends and going on nature walks.
