Pabita Maharjan Pradhan

Pabita graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Tasmania in 2022 and completed her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at the Centre for Legal Studies. She is admitted to the Supreme Court of Tasmania. Additionally, she holds a Bachelor of Laws from Nepal, where she practiced as a family lawyer for nearly two years.

In late 2024, Pabita joined Ghothane Lawyers as a Paralegal within the Immigration Department, where she assists clients with visa, residency and citizenship matters. Pabita is committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for individuals and families, approaching her work with a compassionate mindset and fostering positive relationships.

Fluent in English, Nepali and Hindi, Pabita enjoys true crime documentaries, writing poems in Nepali, reading novels and spending quality time with family and friends in her spare time.
