What happens if one party does not comply with the BFA?

If one party fails to comply with the terms of the BFA, the other party can:

• Seek enforcement of the agreement through the courts.
  Apply to set aside the agreement if it can be demonstrated that it is no longer just and equitable due to changed circumstances.
