First Home Owner Grant (FHOG): Eligible buyers can receive a $10,000 grant when purchasing a new home valued up to $750,000. If the property is in a regional area, the grant increases to $20,000.
Stamp Duty Concessions: Full stamp duty exemption applies for properties valued up to $600,000, and a sliding-scale concession applies for homes valued between $600,001 and $750,000.
First Home Super Saver Scheme (FHSSS): Allows first home buyers to save a deposit through their superannuation and withdraw voluntary contributions to use towards buying their first home.
