Carol Cheng

Prior to joining Ghothane Lawyers, Carol commenced her Marketing Executive position in Australian Migration Agency focusing on Chinese clients. She was involved in to develop and implement overseas marketing campaigns to promote Australian migration services, specifically in areas of employer sponsored and family visas.

Carol has always been passionate about finding smart ways to solve client problems working with lawyers as well as establishing a good network with Chinese clients. She has the right mindset, self-disciple and maintaining works in meeting deadlines in her daily work. She has excellent record over making sure that correct translation performed for Cantonese and Mandarin language speaking clients where they do not feel comfortable to speak in English.

Carol enjoys meeting up with new friends and networking. She had been for past 10 years a volunteer as a teaching assistant in local Chinese community organization including a role as administrative assistant. She also enjoys travelling and helping people.

Carol has obtained Graduate Certificate of Australian Migration Law and Practice from Victoria University in 2014.
