What happens if you fill the incoming passenger card at the airport incorrectly?
Under section 102 of the Migration Act 1958 (Act), a non-citizen must fill in their passenger card in such a way that they answer all questions on it and they do not give or provide incorrect answers.
Your visa may be subject to cancellation or refusal if you do not comply with section 102 of the Act. It may also trigger Public Interest Criterion 4020 (PIC 4020) which has 3 or 10 years ban for future applications and also cancellation.
