Ajay Sharma

Ajay Sharma is our youngest lawyer who completed his Bachelor of Laws degree from La Trobe University in 2020 and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law in 2021. 

Ajay is driven by his passion along with his more than two years of legal experience to provide positive outcomes for clients. His enthusiastic and calm approach allows him to solve complex Immigration and Family legal problems in a meaningful manner. He is keen and able to find the most desirable solutions in pressured environments. 

Ajay’s practice is directed at providing complex advice to clients across each area of migration law (including temporary, permanent, family, and humanitarian visas). He has experience in a range of complex matters, including notice of visa cancellation, requesting ministerial intervention and handling character-based issues relating to Immigration. Ajay also has experience advising on various aspects of family law matters, particularly handling divorce, property settlement, children’s arrangements, and spouse maintenance for Indian and Napali community specially. For the client’s comfort, Ajay can speak Hindi, Nepali and Punjabi languages. 

Before coming to Australia, Ajay obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Delhi and a Company Secretary Course from the Institute of Company Secretary of India (ICSI). Ajay was associated with a corporate in India where his work focused on assisting businesses in facilitating good corporate governance. 

Ajay’s primary area of practice includes immigration, family, and business law.
